Return & Refund Policy
Radiant Desert accepts returns of eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at customerservices@radiantdesert.com with your order information. Returned items must be in their original condition and must be received and inspected before a refund is issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If Radiant Desert provides or uses a return shipping label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund amount.
Approved returns will receive a money-back refund after inspection. Radiant Desert may deny a refund if the returned item is damaged, altered, incomplete, used beyond reasonable inspection, or not the original item purchased. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by Radiant Desert.
If a physical item arrives damaged, Radiant Desert will send a replacement item after reviewing the claim. To request a replacement, contact us at customerservices@radiantdesert.com and submit clear photos showing the damage. Damage claims must be reviewed and approved before a replacement is sent.
Digital downloads, licensed digital files, 3D digital items, and other digital products are not eligible for refunds once access has been provided, except where required by law. Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, or accessed immediately, all digital download sales are final.
