Shipping Policy

Radiant Desert currently ships physical products within the United States only. Orders generally require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days, depending on the carrier, destination, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Radiant Desert is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Expedited shipping may be available by request. To ask about expedited shipping options and cost, please contact Radiant Desert at customerservices@radiantdesert.com before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering.

If a physical item arrives damaged, contact Radiant Desert at customerservices@radiantdesert.com and submit clear photos showing the damage. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Radiant Desert will send a replacement item. Digital downloads and licensed digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped as physical items.
